Dave Tamkus
An award-winning soupie maker, Tamkus plans on carrying on the tradition with his two young sons. He is also an avid cartoonist and illustrator. He contributed artwork to be used to help promote and be incorporated into the documentary.

Matthew "Chu" Charnosky
Having a commitment to and passion for the art of soupie making, Chu inspired Matt Spade (writer/director) to document the story of the Coal Region delicacy.
